Event Description:
The Raytown Historical Society welcomes author/historian Terence O'Malley, who will discuss the relationship between Harry Truman and Tom Pendergast, boss of the powerful political machine in Kansas City in the 1920's and 1930's. Mr. O'Malley will provide images, as well as narrate his findings. His book and DVD's will be available for purchase.
