Candidate Forum For House Dist. 28

The Raytown Area Chamber of Commerce will co-sponsor with the League of Women Voters of Kansas City/Jackson, Clay and Platte Counties, a Candidate Forum for MO House District 28.

Missouri House of Representatives candidates for District 28 will meet in a forum on Tuesday, July 26. In the moderated forum, candidates will be responding to written questions from the audience. This gives attendees the opportunity to find out where the candidates stand on issues of interest to them.

The Forum will be held at Raytown City Hall (10000 E 59th St., Raytown, MO 64133) in the Council Chambers from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

The Forum is free and open to the public. We encourage you to attend and take this opportunity to become an educated voter.

All District 28 candidates have been invited and time has been allowed at the end of the forum to meet with the candidates individually.

The League of Women Voters (LWV), a non-partisan political organization, encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
