Fair Housing and Universal Design Seminar

This event is designed to raise the level of awareness regarding the Fair Housing Act and Universal Design concepts in the affordable housing marketplace. Housing and Community Development leaders will learn to ensure developers and property managers understand their responsibilities to provide reasonable accommodations, in compliance with the Fair Housing Act and Section 504 regulations. Furthermore, participants will learn the importance of constructing universal designed housing projects.
