We accept most insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, you can receive a flu vaccine at our clinic for a flat $20 fee.
Please note that JCPH is not currently offering COVID-19 vaccinations as we await guidance and supply delivery. As a recipient of JCPH email communication, you will be notified when we have more information regarding availability and eligibility. Thank you for your patience.
