Hiram Young Heritage Day
Hiram Young Heritage Day is a celebration of Independence's leading entrepreneur during the 1800. He started Young School--the current home of Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity. A historic classroom has been saved and is becoming a classroom museum. This event is a benefit for fundraising. Alumni speaker and classroom historian will speak. Discounted food and games.
