Matt Pezold is a field specialist with the MU Extension Labor and Workforce Development Program for the Kansas City Region. As a specialist, he promotes the best practices in leadership development and mentorship. Matt has worked to build relationships with organizations focused on workforce development, including local economic developers, the Mid-America Regional Council, Northland Education and Business Alliance, local school districts, and the building trades. He also serves as a program analyst and supports healthier workplace initiatives. In addition to partnership building, Matt also regularly hosts the Labor Law Luncheon series for the labor and management communities in Kansas City and provides regional economic presentations.
