You be the judge to determine which Raytown Scouts, BSA Troop makes the best Chili. Chef's Choice and People's Choice awards given. Sample all chili varieties then get a bowl of your favorite. Cornbread, crackers and drink included. Enjoy a chili dinner before heading out to RHS or RSHS Winter Play.
