2025 Board of Directors

Jourdan Price is a lifelong Raytown resident and graduate of Raytown South. She has worked in dentistry since 2009 as a Certified Dental Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from UMKC in 2012. She has worked for Personal Care Dental Group since 2012 and became Practice Manager in 2017. She is a Board Member and is part of the Tourism Committee. 

I have more than 21 years working as a Mortgage lender in the Kansas City area. 
Currently, many borrowers want to consolidate or take a loan without changing their low interest first mortgage...we can do that. Funds for consolidating debt, a project, tuition, etc. is available. Working with a number of loan programs allows options for either purchase or refinancing options. Currently, I have Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and down payment options. If you have a unique situation, I can likely give you a way to achieve your home ownership goals. My goal is to bring experience to every transaction, making certain that all parties leave the closing table satisfied and comfortable with the knowledge that they received the best loan possible for their current and future financial goals.
