Job Description
The Student Support Assistant is responsible for providing support for all administrative functions at the Columbia College Kansas City campus. This includes greeting students and other visitors, helping with retention efforts, accepting and assisting student with admissions, registration, financial aid, and other paperwork.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency for using a variety of computer and technology-related software and equipment, including MS Office, experience performing secretarial tasks. Customer service experience preferred.
