Event Manager / Booking Coordinator

SaddleCreek Stables & Vineyard is a unique venue offering a picturesque setting for weddings, corporate events, charity functions, reunions, private parties, wine tastings, and more. We are looking for a motivated and professional Event Manager / Booking Coordinator to help us grow our events business and elevate our guest experience.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a driven, self-motivated professional with strong sales and marketing skills. The Event Manager will be responsible for generating new bookings, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless event planning process from initial inquiry to event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase bookings across multiple event types (weddings, corporate events, parties, tastings, etc.).
- Manage client inquiries, tours, contracts, and event logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee event setup and ensure smooth execution on-site.
- Leverage marketing, social media, and sales strategies to promote the venue.
- Collaborate with ownership to grow and scale the events program.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in event management, sales, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong marketing and social media skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
- Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
- Professionalism and ability to supervise event operations.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with earnings tied to results. The more events you book, the more you earn. Strong performance will lead to growth opportunities, including a potential full-time position with expanded responsibilities.
