I have more than 21 years working as a Mortgage lender in the Kansas City area. 
Currently, many borrowers want to consolidate or take a loan without changing their low interest first mortgage...we can do that. Funds for consolidating debt, a project, tuition, etc. is available. Working with a number of loan programs allows options for either purchase or refinancing options. Currently, I have Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and down payment options.
